Prices list

Prices are intended per room, per night and include daily cleaning service and include VAT.

The stay is free of charge for children under the age of 3. Those between 3 and 10 years old pay half price.

Available rooms are:

  • single room from € 40 to € 80
  • double room from € 60 to € 100
  • triple room from € 80 to € 130

Prices do not include the occupancy tax of € 3,50 per night.

Traditional and national holidays will be considered as high season. The management reserves the right to modify the price list when necessary, by communicating it on the official website.

The management can request a deposit of 50% of the total price agreed for the stay.

We accept the following means of payment:

  • PostPay
  • Credit cards
  • EFT-POS

A Cancellation of a booking, that is made with more than 5 days’ notice before the beginning of the stay, will imply a penalty of € 30,00 fee and the remainder of the deposit will be returned.
Cancellations, which happen with less than 5 days’ notice before the beginning of the stay, will be subject to the payment  of 100% of the price of the first two nights of stay.
No show reservations will incur a full payment of the entire price of the stay.

The RECEPTION service is available every day including  Saturdays and Sundays.

For small groups, as well as recurrent or long stays, special discounts are available.
